Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Teaching) in Accounting and Finance

Worcester Business School is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance to join our expanding Department of Management & Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching and curriculum development in a vibrant academic environment.

We're particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Financial management
- International Banking and Investment
- Taxation
- Management Accounting

You'll play a key role in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, supporting student success, and enhancing the School's profile.

What we're looking for:
- Masters degree, or equivalent professional qualification
- Contemporary subject knowledge and professional experience in Accounting and Finance
- Experience teaching in UK higher education or developing professionals in a UK context
- Strong communication skills and a student-centred approach to learning
- Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance
- Proficiency in ICT and its application to teaching and learning
