Finance Director

We are seeking a Finance Director to join HRUC's senior leadership community and Finance Executive Group, providing strategic financial leadership across the group. Working with the CFO, Executive Management Team and Governing Body, you will help secure financial sustainability, support commercial growth and deliver robust financial stewardship.

The successful applicant will be a CCAB-qualified accountant and have experience of the Further Education sector. You will lead the group's financial management framework, oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and statutory accounts, and provide strategic advice on capital, digital, governance and commercial priorities.
