This is an exciting opportunity for a Box Office and Publicity Assistant to join the team at The Arts Centre at Edge Hill University.
In this varied and customer-focused role, you will support the smooth and efficient running of The Arts Centre Box Office, assisting with ticket sales, financial transactions and responding to a range of enquiries from Edge Hill students, school groups and members of the public.
You will also play an important role in promoting The Arts Centre and its activities by assisting with the distribution of publicity materials across campus, including for special events, Open Days and Applicant Days. In addition, you will support publicity activity through mail-outs, email and social media.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people in a busy and creative environment.
As a Box Office and Publicity Assistant, you will be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. You will have experience of using social media and working with databases, as well as excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. You will also have a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
