In this role, you will play a central part in planning and delivering recruitment events, managing candidate pipelines, and advising professionals at key stages of their decision-making journey. You will collaborate with colleagues across marketing, admissions, and careers while contributing directly to strategic goals. The role provides exposure to event management, candidate engagement, data-driven decision-making, and international recruitment activity, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow quickly in a high-impact, values-driven environment.
This role is based at the Warwick campus, with regular visits to WBS London, The Shard for activities such as events and consultations. The role involves significant international travel, typically amounting to approximately 8–10 weeks per year.
About You
The successful candidate will bring strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with international individuals and organizations. You will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines, with the ability to build effective professional relationships, analyse recruitment data, and present solutions effectively. You will be a collaborative team player who can work independently when required and represent WBS with professionalism in both online and face-to-face settings. Experience of working in a higher education environment would be advantageous.

Our vision is to shape the people and ideas that will define what comes next and ensure they have everything they need to make it happen. Everything we do is underpinned by our CORE values and fuelled by a Change Maker mindset.

- Curiosity. We challenge, explore, and create to build a better future.
- Openness. We welcome ideas, feedback, and change to keep moving forward.
- Restlessness. We're never content to stand still; we keep striving for more.
